Water-miscible LOTOS coolants maximize tool life and surface finish of components by providing good cooling and wetting and by using wear reducing additives. Due to excellent resistance against micro-organisms an exceptional biostability is achieved ensuring long life without odour together with long lasting corrosion protection. Water-miscible LOTOS coolants do not produce nitrosamines.
Non-water-miscible:
LOTOS metalworking fluids are suitable for a wide range of applications. They are distinguished by excellent anti-mist properties, low odour and outstanding ageing stability. LOTOS metalworking fluids offer outstanding wetting and lubricating properties so that exceptional performance is achieved together with minimum tool wear.
